I’m getting ready for the upcoming Writers of the Future award extravaganza that begins in a week or so. I’d like to say I wasn’t nervous but I am. It’s quite an honor to get to meet so many writers I admire and it’s quite intimidating to think that they’re judging my work. The people running the contest have been fabulous and truly professional and I’m looking forward to meeting them in person.
