The sole purpose of our collecting and maintaining this email address is to facilitate email communication with you.
We store this email address in a database until you ask us to remove it. While in our possession we protect this information with the same methods and to the same extent we protect our own proprietary information.
We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade this information to any individual or organization.
You may tell us to delete your information and to stop sending you mailing list emails at any time. Instructions for doing so are detailed in each mailing list message we send you. These instructions may also be found in the section labeled Unsubscribe below.
Contact Us Form
We maintain a contact form for sharing your opinions with us and for requesting information from us. You may enter information into this form and may subsequently receive email messages from us responsive to such requests or comments.
By entering such contact information and transmitting this information to us you create a voluntary relationship with us; a relationship we respect and value.
The sole purpose of collecting and maintaining this contact information is to facilitate communication with you.
We store this information in a database until we are asked to remove it. While in our possession we protect this information with the same methods and to the same extent we protect our own proprietary information.
We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade this information with any individual or organization.
We collect name information to correctly address messages in those cases where an email address is shared by multiple individuals or departments within an organization.
We collect email address information so that we can respond to your comments and/or questions.
We collect message text information so that you can communicate what you wish to share with us, and so that we can respond appropriately to your comments and questions.
We maintain a record of each communication you initiate with us indefinitely so that we may reference this information when responding to your comments and questions. Maintaining this information helps reduce the need for you to repeat information and facilitates contextually informed conversations with you.
You may request that we remove this contextual record of your interactions with us. Instructions for doing so are contained in each reply to your comments and questions. This information may also be found in the section labeled Forget Me below.
In order to unsubscribe from our mailing list simply enter the text “unsubscribe” in the name and/or message field of the contact form on our web site, along with the email address you wish to have removed from our mailing list.
Your information will be removed from our records and you will no longer receive mailing list emails from us.
In order to remove all comments and/or questions you’ve shared with us through our contact form simply enter the text “forget-me” in the message field of the contact form on our web site, along with the name and corresponding email address you wish to have removed from our contact.
Your information will be removed from our records and we may no longer be able to reference any previous interactions you had with us during subsequent communications.
Requesting Your Records
Because we do not keep any information on you that you have not provided to us (and which you would thus already possess) we haven’t implemented an automated system to respond to such requests. If you wish to make such a request anyway, please submit your request using the contact form on our web site. By putting “Privacy Records Request” first in the message field you may expedite handling.
We take your privacy seriously. Because of that we only ask for and retain enough information to communicate with you in a professional and timely manner.
